Meditation Intention Inspirations - Phone wallpapers - 7x JPEG Instant Downloads

I originally created these seven Meditation Intention Inspiration Phone Wallpapers for myself as a daily reminders of my intentions to assist in creating my life of joy!

I wanted to create something that I could access daily even hourly incorporating a visualisation of my chakra energy centres and a reminder of the intention I want to focus on in each centre. 

How I use them: 

1. By saving one of the 7 phone wallpapers as the wallpaper background on my phone I have a quick and frequent visual reminder of my intentions every single time I pick up my phone to use it.
2. Before a meditation I take a few minutes to breathe in the words and colors of each of the 7 energy centres to be banked in my memory as a visualisation reminder during my mediations. 

As there are 7, you can even focus on one per day for a week as a quick 7-day meditation challenge.
